lightweight foam concrete for roof oinsulation

Concrete is one of the most commonly used building materials in the world. However, traditional concrete is heavy and can be difficult to work with, which can make it difficult to use in certain applications. Lightweight foam concrete is a newer type of concrete that is lightweight and easy to work with. It is perfect for use in applications where weight is a concern, such as construction, landscaping, and home improvement projects.

Concrete Foam is a lightweight foam concrete service that provides roof heat proofing and insulation. The service is fast, efficient, and affordable, making it the perfect choice for those who want to keep their home or office cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Durable, lightweight, and highly insulating, Foam Concrete is perfect for both new build and renovation projects. It can be applied over an existing substrate or as part of a new build insulation system. Our service technicians are fully trained and experienced in the safe application of Foam Concrete to roofs, so you can be sure the job will be completed quickly and to a high standard.

Max Lightweight Foam Concrete Services

DESCRIPTION

Max Foam Concrete is a light yellow, high-quality foaming agent for use in all types of lightweight screeds and concrete. It is particularly designed for use in the production of foam concrete and for use with synthetic and naturally occurring aggregates of bulk densities of 400 kg – 1000 kg per cubic meter.

ADVANTAGES

MAX FOAM CREATE

is supplied ready for use. It should be added to concrete or mortar mixes during the mixing process at the same time as the water or the aggregate. It should not be added directly to the cement or mortar. No extension of normal mixing time is necessary.

MAX FOAM CRETE has an advantage over other foaming agents, in that it can be used with all kinds of foam-generating machines.

The following must be considered:

CEMENT: The quality of the cement will mainly determine the strength of the concrete. It should be fresh and fine to yield a homogeneous pasty mix.

WATER-CEMENT RATIO: Water-cement ratio is very critical due to its effect on the quality of foam concrete The compressive resistance of the foam concrete is also determined by the homogenous distribution of the pores. The more even the distribution and smaller the pores, the better the compressive strength. The homogeneity is again a function of the consistency and thus of the water ratio. According to experience, the most advantageous water-cement ratio lies between 0.4 and 0.45, too much water would have an adverse effect on the setting period. Our experience has shown that one cubic meter of foam concrete requires between 400 – 450 kg of cement, depending on initial densities.

TER: The water should meet the standard of drinking water
